Discipology

Experience and bring security, identity, acceptance, and purpose to the people who love you by learning how to fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission regardless of your age, stage, or personality. Discover the art and science of making disciples.

WEEK 1 — Your Front Row

Who am I supposed to disciple?

Before we learn how to make disciples, we need to know where to start. God has already placed 8–12 people in your life who have a front-row seat to who you are. Disciple-making begins by investing intentionally in your Oikos—the people God has already entrusted to you.

WEEK 2 — Lead by Example & Inspire with Vision

How do I influence the people closest to me?

People notice who you are before they follow what you say. Transformational discipleship begins with integrity, humility, and a compelling vision that helps people see who they can become in Jesus.

WEEK 3 — Challenge with Thinking

How do I help people grow without controlling them?

Jesus didn't simply give answers—He asked tons of questions. Disciple-makers help people discover truth for themselves–developing ownership, wisdom, and conviction.

WEEK 4 — Care Personally

How do I help people become who God created them to be?

Every person grows differently. Healthy disciple-makers listen well, celebrate progress, provide encouragement, and tailor their investment to the unique needs and potential of each individual.

WEEK 5 — Launching a Lifestyle of Disciple-Making

What does this look like in real life?

Discipleship is not a program—it is a way of life. Together we can intentionally invest in our Oikos church-wide.
