Is the God who created the world the same God I can trust with my whole life? What does it mean for you and I if the stories in Genesis aren’t introducing a different God, but revealing Jesus? Throughout this series, we’ll discover that the God in Genesis is not replaced in Matthew — He is revealed. When we see God clearly, our trust deepens and our lives change.

🌅 May 10 — Happy Mother’s Day!: In the Beginning: Does my life actually have meaning, or am I just surviving? Creation was pointing to Jesus. The God who spoke light and life into existence is the same God revealed in Jesus. Just as Genesis begins with life breaking into darkness, we’re shown that true life — and real meaning — comes through Him.

👑 May 17 — Royalty & Rule: Why do I feel capable but still unsure of my purpose? Humanity was created to rule and multiply — a picture fulfilled in Jesus. Where Adam failed, Jesus succeeded. The authority given in Eden finds completion in the risen King who now sends His people to multiply disciples and discover their true purpose.

🔥 May 24 — Fall & Promise: Can God still use me after I’ve messed up? Even in brokenness, grace appears. When sin entered the world, God moved toward humanity and provided something better. From the beginning, Genesis points to rescue — fulfilled in Jesus and carried forward by the Holy Spirit.

🌊 May 31 — Judgment & Rescue: Is God safe to trust — or is He just waiting to punish me? The flood reveals justice and mercy. God righteously judges evil, yet provides salvation. The ark that saved Noah foreshadows the cross that saves. Judgment and rescue meet in Jesus.

🌍 June 7 — The Promise Expands: Do I really belong in God’s story? God’s promise to Abraham was always global. Through Jesus, the blessing extends beyond one family to all nations. The covenant God initiated in Genesis finds fulfillment in Christ — and invites us in.

💔➡️👑 June 14 — Suffering & Exaltation: Is anything good coming from what I’m going through? Joseph’s rejection and rise foreshadow Jesus. What looked like defeat became deliverance. God works behind the scenes, using suffering to bring salvation, endurance, and unexpected redemption.

👨‍👦 June 21 — Happy Father’s Day!: Our Perfect Father: Can I trust God as Father — especially if my experience with fathers is complicated? Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice Isaac points to a Father who followed through. Genesis reveals a God who provides, pursues, and prepares a people for Himself — fulfilled perfectly in Jesus.
