Does God listen and respond when you pray? Like a caring Father eager to connect with His children, God hears the groans of our hearts and wants to communicate with us. To walk in the “life that is truly life,” we must learn to ask Him, listen, and follow.
12/31 - How do I Pray? – If God exists, does He actually listen? The answer is that He hears even the groans of our hearts. Operating in this reality takes putting effort into our relationship with Jesus by asking Him, listening to Him, and obeying and evaluating His voice.
1/7 - Ask! - How do you know if you don’t ask?! Jesus–the Son of God–asked God, His Father, for things…and He did so boldly. Follow Jesus’ example and confidently ask God for what you need.
1/14 - Listen - It’s hard to see God’s provision or follow His direction if you don’t slow down enough to listen for His response or notice how He’s working in your life. Chill out and slow down. We serve a God Who speaks.
1/21 - Obey and Evaluate - What good is it to do nothing with what you now know? True life-change requires action. See what a life in alignment with God’s character shown through Jesus looks like.
